Artist Statement:

I am a self-taught abstract painter working in oil, gouache, and mixed media. My paintings explore texture, time, memory, and fleeting human moments through layered surfaces and expressive mark-making. Drawing from curiosity, philosophy, and a lifelong interest in transformation, I create abstract expressionist works that balance structure and spontaneity. Each piece reflects an ongoing dialogue between material, emotion, and perception, inviting viewers to pause and reflect on the passage of time and the traces it leaves behind.
